Request deletion of your EasyAsPie account or personal data. You do not need to sign in to make a request.
How to request deletion
- Use our contact form and begin your message with Data deletion request. Include the email address associated with your account or enquiry.
- Tell us what you want removed: your EasyAsPie account, particular personal data, or data received through Facebook or Instagram. Include the relevant website address or Facebook Page name if you know it.
- Send the request. Keep the email address you provided available so the team can verify the request and discuss its scope.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details or identity documents in your initial message.

What happens next
This is a request for staff review, not an instant deletion. We may need to verify that the data belongs to you and clarify which records are involved. Closing a login alone does not remove every linked record.
If records must be retained for legal, security or accounting reasons, the team will explain the applicable limits when responding. Ask for confirmation of what was removed and what remains.
