Open your notifications
Select the bell beside your account menu in a site or agency dashboard. The dot means you have unread activity. Your inbox includes account notices and activity from workspaces you can still access. Opening the panel does not mark items read.
Use All or Unread, then All activity, Tasks, Leads, Security, Site updates or Legal updates to narrow the list. Select a notification to mark it read and open the relevant task, lead, account or page. Task and lead links keep their destination if you need to sign in first. A completed task can still open from a notification. You can also mark an individual item read or unread. Mark all as read applies across the inbox, not just the current filter, and leaves later arrivals unread.
Understand which activity appears
Task notifications cover assignments, status changes, comments and requests sent to a team. Recipients are the relevant assignees, task creator, participants or team managers, subject to their current permissions. Private task comments stay within their authorized team.
Lead notifications cover new submissions and stage changes for people who can view that site's leads. The inbox identifies the source form; it does not copy the person's answers. Deleted work or access you no longer hold is excluded.
Security notifications cover completed sign-ins, password changes and resets, and enabling or disabling two-factor authentication. These notices belong to your own account and open Your account, where you can review your security settings and devices.
Site updates cover changes published to pages, the theme, headers and footers, and changes between a hidden and live site. Draft saves do not create these notices. People with current access to the site can receive them.
Your own task, lead and site actions do not notify you. Security and legal notices can still reach you when you made the change.
Follow legal page changes
Legal updates cover EasyAsPie's published legal pages and the enabled public legal pages on sites you can access. They can announce a changed page, a new page or a page that was withdrawn. A withdrawn page opens the legal index.
The first scheduled check records the existing pages quietly. Later checks automatically detect changes to the published content and create notices. Detection follows what the scheduled worker observes, so a notice may arrive after the edit and does not represent every intermediate change between checks.
Choose your channels
Open Notification settings in the panel. Each activity category has In app, Email and Browser controls. In-app starts enabled. Email for tasks, leads and site updates starts off, and browser delivery starts off for every category. Changes apply to future activity. Turning off an optional email or browser channel also prevents queued updates from being sent through it.
Security and legal email is marked Required and stays enabled. You can still choose whether these notices appear in the inbox or arrive through an enabled browser.
Email delivery requires a verified account email and a configured sender. Lead notification emails use the site's existing alert allowance. Form-specific recipient emails are still managed in the form settings; a matching new-lead email is not sent twice by this notification system.
Enable this browser
In settings, select Enable this browser and accept the browser's permission prompt. Then turn on the Browser switch for the activity you want. Each browser needs its own setup. Changing a category switch does not ask for browser permission.
If permission is blocked, allow notifications in the browser's site settings and select Check again. Unsupported browsers or an unconfigured push service show an explanation. Disable this browser removes this browser's subscription. Signing out through the dashboard also attempts to remove it.
Browser push needs a secure connection, browser support and an available delivery service. Email and push run through the delivery worker and can arrive later than the in-app item. These channels are not guaranteed instant delivery. The dashboard remains the place to check current work.
