Create and use a brand kit

Build a coordinated identity from a brief or reference logo, then use its colors and artwork across your site.

Choose where the kit belongs

Open Brand kits from a site's dashboard, or Tools → Brand kits in your agency workspace. Business includes one kit per paid site. An eligible Agency account can keep multiple kits for client work. Your permissions must allow design and media changes; generation also needs AI access.

Scoper is the separate agency tool for reading a prospect's existing website into a report. Its existing links still work. Brand kits creates reusable identity assets.

Give the brand a direction

Choose New brand kit, then Start fresh or Revamp a brand. Enter the brand name, what it does, who it serves and the personality you want. More direction lets you name the kit and explain what to avoid.

For a revamp, add a reference logo. PNG, JPEG and WebP references up to 4 MB are supported. The brief and reference are sent to the AI provider when you generate. Use a reference you have permission to use.

The first version supports Latin lettering, including supported accented letters, numbers and common punctuation. Font choices come from the export-ready list; uploaded fonts and complex-script shaping are not supported yet.

Generate and review

The generation button shows the current credit price before you start. The same price appears at the top of the tool with your available balance. Features and pricing describe current availability; prices may change as EasyAsPie approaches release.

Choose Generate brand kit to create a coordinated logo, wordmark, color palette, heading/body font pairing and social artwork. Progress shows the actual saved generation stage. You can leave and return; Check generation resumes an interrupted run from saved progress without starting a separately charged generation. A failed generation returns its fixed charge; if that return is pending, check the generation again.

New kits include a separately composed wordmark, with its own type treatment and arrangement. Its font can differ from the website heading and body fonts. Logos support filled shapes, stroked curves and transparent cutouts; ask for the level of illustration or restraint that fits the brand. More detail is not always better at small sizes, so review the mark both large and small.

Open Wordmark to edit available wording in Text, or use Ask AI to change its appearance. Drawn lettering is part of the picture, so change those letters with Ask AI. Renaming the kit or changing its brief does not redraw that lettering or rearrange custom text groups. Check the visible spelling before using the result. Existing kits keep their saved artwork until you edit or generate a new version. A dedicated wordmark font stays independent when you change the kit's website fonts.

Review the output before using it. An AI-created mark is a design starting point, not a trademark search or a guarantee of exclusivity.

Adjust colors and fonts

From Overview, open Edit brand colors & typography. Edit the palette or choose different heading/body fonts and weights, then choose Save colors & fonts · free. Editable artwork is rebuilt without an AI generation charge. Elements using a specific font or custom color keep that override; finished PNG artwork keeps its existing pixels. A new generated direction uses Generate a new version inside Brand brief & full regeneration and incurs the displayed generation price again. It stays within the same kit allowance.

Your previous completed version remains available while a new version is being built. Existing site images and colors are copies: changing a kit does not silently restyle pages that already use it.

Edit one banner or element

Choose an asset, such as YouTube banner, from the artwork list. Its editor has two choices: Text for changing available wording yourself, and Ask AI for changes to the design. Text fields show their current wording immediately. Edit a field, review the picture, then choose Save changes. Manual text edits are free.

Use Undo or Redo while trying changes. Reset returns this asset to its saved version. If wording does not fit, shorten it or ask AI to change the arrangement after saving or resetting your edits. Drawn letters and finished images do not have separate text fields; their wording is part of the artwork.

The picture updates while you edit. While a new preview is being prepared, the previous saved picture stays visible and is labelled accordingly. Other assets stay unchanged when you save. You can switch between assets without losing their unsaved edits, but local drafts are not restored after a page reload. Save before leaving. Downloads contain the last saved artwork.

See the picture up close

Click an artwork picture or View larger in the overview or editor. A large preview opens with the asset name and dimensions. Use Light or Dark to check the picture against different backgrounds; this only changes your view, not the artwork or downloads.

The large preview shows the same picture as the editor. An Unsaved preview notice identifies changes you have not saved; downloads still contain the saved version. Use Close, press Escape, or click outside the preview to return to the editor. Opening and closing a preview keeps your pending edits.

Ask AI to revise a specific part

Save or reset manual changes first, then open Ask AI. Use Change to choose the whole artwork or an available named part. For example, select the banner's headline and ask: “Change this to New stories every Sunday.” The visible target tells you what will change.

The revision button shows its current credit price before you submit. Each new AI revision uses that accepted price; manual edits and previews do not. AI receives your instruction, brand context and the selected artwork. A selected-element revision preserves every other element, while an asset revision can change that asset's layout. Neither replaces other kit assets.

Use Check generation to resume a saved revision after an interruption, without starting a separately charged request. A failed revision returns its fixed charge; if the return is pending, check it again. Review the saved result before copying or downloading it.

Download the artwork

Editable artwork offers PNG and SVG. SVG lettering is outlined so the file does not depend on the viewer having the font installed. Finished image artwork offers PNG only: it has no editable layers or vector SVG. Kit details downloads the color/font information and asset links as JSON. These links require access to the kit; download the files before sharing them outside EasyAsPie.

The kit includes a square social image, a LinkedIn personal-profile banner and a YouTube channel banner. The cards show exact dimensions. Platform crops vary; check the upload preview on the destination before publishing. Font specimens identify the families used; font files are not bundled.

Browse saved versions

Open the Latest · v… selector next to the kit heading and choose an earlier version. It lists the most recent 100 saved versions with their save times. Browse that version's assets, palette and fonts, or download its saved artwork and Kit details. Viewing a version does not restore it or change the current kit.

Earlier versions are read-only. Choose Back to latest to return to editing. If you have unsaved artwork, color or font changes, the editor asks whether to keep editing or discard those changes before switching versions. Version browsing and downloads are free; neither starts a generation.

Use a kit in Studio

Open an image picker and choose Brand kits. Select an asset to copy it into this site's media library. In a color picker, choose a saved Brand · kit name palette and select a swatch. Copies use the site's normal storage allowance.

Authorized agency team members can access agency kits while working on sites they manage. Ordinary client access to a site does not expose every other client's agency kit. Shared artwork is copied deliberately; it is not automatically applied to a whole site.

Continue with Studio basics, Media and AI images, or Agencies.

Recover from an incomplete generation

If a first generation fails, the saved brief is not a finished kit. Read the status and credit result before starting another request. For an interrupted request with a saved generation, use its recovery/check control so you do not intentionally start another charged generation while its result is uncertain. Outlined lettering in editable SVG artwork is retained by the export process; inspect both spelling and the downloaded file before delivery.
